Warranty

為了保障閣下可享用正版正貨的售後服務，請於以下網址登記產品維修保用 (https://www.hurom.com.hk/warrantytc)， 同時請閣下務必保留購買發票/收據。日後需要申請維修服務時，未能出示購買發票/收據正本， 客戶售後服務中心並不會提供維修保用。因此，請閣下務必妥善保存產品購買發票!!

 

購買指定香港正版正貨 HUROM 惠人(家用版) 慢磨原汁機*，可享磨打10年保用，其他部件附有2年保養，但並不包括產品表面、機殼、損耗性零件 (如 SILICONE 矽膠類、磨汁容器、果汁出口蓋、濾網、旋轉刷、清潔用品等附件，此類零件屬於損耗品)、及因人為意外，錯誤使用、商業用途、自行改裝、不依照使用說明書指引、自然災害或由非許可之 HUROM 提供部件及維修服務而導致的損壞。為了避免產品不正確使用，而導致產品損毀及破壞，敬請用戶務必詳細閱讀産品說明書指引來使用。

 

條款及細則:

​

  1. 以下項目並不包括於保修範圍內。客戶須另付所需的服務費用及相關零件費用。

  • 機殼、外接線及損耗性零件(如 SILICONE 矽膠類、磨汁容器、果汁出口蓋、濾網、旋轉刷、清潔用品等附件，此類零件屬於損耗品)。

  • 曾被非服務中心的技術員明顯地或不明顯地進行改裝、更改或修理的產品。

  • 曾經被不適當或疏忽使用、不正常供電或電壓不正常、意外、天災或因昆蟲、外物、液體入侵、腐蝕或外來因素而造成損壞的產品。

  • 因產品不正確安裝而影響正常之操作，不依照使用說明書指引錯誤使用。

  • HUROM 惠人(家用版)慢磨原汁機只限家用，如用作商業用途一律不獲維修。如需要商業用途，請與本公司銷售部聯絡，購買商用版之 HUROM 惠人慢磨原汁機。

 

2. 保用年期由購買發票上顯示之購買日計起。

3. 特價貨品維修保用條款，請向本地代理商查詢!!

4. 因運輸途中引致的損壞，敬請向有關的運輸公司索償。

5. 保用必須提供購買發票及收據。(注意: 本產品並不提供國際保用)

6. HUROM 將拒絕負上所有因使用本產品而引致的附帶損失的相應責任。

7. 所有資料如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，本公司有權保留最終決定權!

Please register in our warranty page (https://www.hurom.com.hk/warrantytc) for guarantee the good handling of warranty service and make sure you keep the original invoice/receipt.  Our service center will not provide repair service if customer cannot show the corresponding documents.

 

Purchasing Hurom Cold press & Slow Juicer (consumer model) from specific Hong Kong dealer can enjoy 10 years warranty for motor and 2 years warranty for other parts, but excludes the surface of product, outer case, all consumable parts and malfunction, loss or damage to equipment by any person other than Hurom authorized personnel.  For avoiding negligence or misuse of the equipment, please read the instruction manual thoroughly before using.

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. This warranty shall not apply and the repair charges shall be separately quoted by the Company in the event of:

  • outer case, power cables, all consumable parts and accessories, e.g. silicone, juice container, pulp container, juice cap, strainer, cleaning brushes etc.

  • malfunction, loss or damage to equipment by any person other than Hurom authorized personnel.

  • any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force.

  • abuse, tampering modification and disassembling of equipment

  • Hurom Slow Juicer is only applicable for consumer usage; warranty is invalid if for business usage.  Please contact with our sales department for buying business model if for business usage.

 

  1. Warranty period counted by the date on the invoice.

  2. Warranty terms of special price product, please refer to Hurom’s Authorized Dealer.

  3. Damage caused by transportation or delivery, please refer to delivery company.

  4. The warranty is valid only with the original purchase invoice stamped with Hurom’s or Authorized Dealer’s company chop. (This product not applicable for worldwide warranty.)

  5. The warranty provided in these terms and conditions are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose and all such other warranties of the equipment and the services.  Neither Hurom nor its third party suppliers makes any other warranty or condition of any kind.

  6. We reserve our absolute rights to (i) alter or change these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing it online; and/or (ii) terminate this warranty, in whole or in part, forthwith in the event of occurrence of any limitations or exclusions as provided above hereof or your breach of any of these terms and conditions or uncertainty or dispute arises in respect of the applicability of any of these terms and conditions.

 

* Applicable for HAI, HZ, DIVA H100, HAA, HP, HP Pastel, exclude HAJ and all special price products.  GI enjoys 5 years motor warranty and 2 years warranty for other parts.
